I am searching for the father of my daughter, Anna, who was born on July 1979. I had a short relationship with Michael (with French spelling as he was a French man, around the age of 25. He was living in the Swiss Cottage area in London. That was in October 1978. I lost contact with him before the baby was born, and I do not know his family name, or where he lives now. He was an artist, I think mainly a painter. He had dark hair and was very handsome. He used to go to a pub called Britainia, near where he lived (in a small rented room) which is still there. Once he took me to a pub perhaps in Chelsea or Kensington, which was frequented mainly by artists. He also had a longer relationship with an English pianist, who might have been called Elizabeth. I became friendly with her and with her younger brother, and visited them in their flat (which was between Finchley Road and West Hampstead/Kilburn in a nice residentail street). She was good friends with a famous Chinese piano-couple, and one evening the woman visited her. She was also friends with a man, who looked Southern, and he did not know who was his father was. He also knew Michael, and one evening the three of us went to the Britannia Pub. If you are any of these people, please contact me a.s.a.p. as I don`t remember any names, any addresses. My daughter, Anna, who is 30 now, is searching for her father. I think none of these people knew that I was expecting a child from Michael, partly because I had a relationship with a Hungarian man, called Adam. They knew him too. I am Hungarian by origin, I came to England in March 1978. During that year I lived in a run-down house on Finchley Road. I was 22 years old, had long brown hair, and could not speak English very well. Later I moved away from the area and did not want anyone to find me as stupidly I wanted to raise my child on my own. Afterwards i lived in England, went to St.Georges, St.Felix and am now studying for my A2s at Woodbridge School.
